A poorly prepared redesign can cost you rankings. That is why I list existing pages, redirect every old address to the matching new page and check indexing after launch.

Can I keep my domain name and hosting?

Yes, in most cases. If your current hosting limits the site's speed or security, I'll tell you and suggest alternatives.
